Yes. Use the same WahooVPN account to sign in on different platforms and connect on your phone, tablet and computer.

The number of simultaneous connections and sharing limits depend on your current plan. Check the device allowance on the plans page before purchasing.

Choose a plan through the official website or an official purchase link in the app. Checkout shows the available payment methods. iPhone and iPad users can view Apple purchase options in the app.

After paying, sign in with the account used for the purchase. If the subscription is missing, check the account first. For app store orders, use the restore-purchases feature in the corresponding app.

Cancel renewal: Manage Apple App Store subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and Google Play subscriptions under Payments and subscriptions in Play Store. Turning off automatic renewal normally does not immediately end the service period already paid for.

Request a refund: For Apple orders, use Apple's purchase problem reporting channel. For Google Play orders, use Google Play's order and refund options. For purchases on the website or elsewhere, follow the order instructions or contact official support.

Check the App Store region of your Apple Account first. Availability depends on the account's store region. Open the official store link from the WahooVPN website to check availability in that region.

WahooVPN needs system permission to establish a VPN connection. On the first connection, approve Add VPN Configuration or the VPN connection request when prompted.

Disconnect the VPN first and check that mobile data works normally. Then reconnect using automatic server selection or another server. If the problem occurs only on mobile data, send support your provider, country or region, app version and error message.

Try automatic server selection, then compare other servers and networks. WahooVPN selects the available server with the lowest response time on your current network. To access a service in a specific region, you can select that region manually.

Speed also depends on distance, provider congestion and the destination website. Compare Wi-Fi, mobile data and different servers, then choose based on actual use. A fast response does not mean the highest download bandwidth.

Restart the app, check VPN permissions and reconnect. If the connection still fails, try another server.

When contacting support, include the app versions before and after the update, your operating system version and the error message. Before reinstalling, make sure you can sign back in and save any local settings you need.
